7:00 pm Thursday Evenings in Room 305
We tend to blame others for our troubles. Some believers in the first century blamed God Himself for enticing them to do evil. James wrote this letter to deny those accusations and to teach them how to live happy Christian lives, no matter what their circumstances–a lesson we desperately need today. "James, Guidelines for a Happy Christian Life" by John MacArthur will begin Thursday, September 11th at 7:00 pm in Room 305. To register for this class, contact Susan Puls or Jan Clark. This insightful study will help bring spiritual peace to your stressful world. |
Women of the Word (W.O.W.) Bible Study
W.O.W. Bible Study meets weekly beginning in the fall and spring to discuss the week's lesson and to apply God's Word in a personal way. In order to accommodate all who may be interested in the study, we offer two different meeting times during the week - Tuesday mornings at 9:00 am, and Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm.
Annual District Ladies Retreat
Each fall over two hundred women from across Kansas come to Wichita for a weekend of fellowship and renewal. A guest speaker shares during several general sessions and various workshops on topics of interest to today's Christian woman are offered. You are sure to experience a freshness of the Holy Spirit as we laugh, sing, pray and grow together.
Don't miss being part of a Christian Fellowship
where you are needed and wanted!
