Are You 55+ Years Old?
The Senior Adult Ministries at First Church has been developed to meet the needs of a large and growing group of adults. We believe an active Senior Adult Program gives opportunity to translate potentially passive years into years of service and activity. Come take part in our 55+ Senior Groups. We provide various activities that will encourage and help develop a bond of love which will be felt throughout our Church. |

Parish Nursing Services
will be provided by Carol Bett, an Ordained Deacon and Registered Nurse. Starting in September, Carol will be available at the Welcome Center in the Garden Foyer the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month to visit one-on-one with senior adults about health issues, take blood pressure and answer any health-related questions they may have.

Maintenance Assistance Services
If you are a senior adult (55 or older) and need help with small handyman projects call the church office at 662.1283. will be provided to senior adults and may include changing light bulbs, fixing window locks, repairing a drippy faucet or other small handyman projects that arise around the home. Brian Bett has volunteered his services to help our seniors beginning in September. If you have need of Brian's assistance please call the church office at 662.1283. |

Shut–In Visitation
If you would like to participate in the vital Shut–In Ministry, please call Pastor Bones or the church office sign up. If you are or know of a person in our church family who, as a shut-in, might appreciate a friendly call, please contact the church office. Someone needs encouragement today...join us to minister the love of Christ to our shut-ins. |

Traveling Angels
Traveling Angels is a ministry of First Church of the Nazarene that helps to transport older persons to and from their Hutchinson doctor’s appointments free of charge. A vehicle is available which can transport you or a loved one safely to the doctor’s office. If you would like more information concerning this ministry contact Kathie Howell at 664-6424 or 664-8866. |
