DIRECT CONTRIBUTION PLAN

We are pleased to be able to offer you a new giving convenience – Direct Contribution. Now you can have your tithes/offerings made directly from your checking or savings account.  And, you won’t have to change your present banking relationship to take advantage of this service.

How the Direct Contribution plan works:
You authorize regularly scheduled contributions to be made from your checking or savings account.  Your contributions will be made automatically on the specified week you request.  Proof of payment will appear with your statement and you can elect to receive a confirmation by email on the day of the transaction.  This is both safe and secure.  Please the church office with any questions at 662-1283.

The authority you give to debit your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.  You can change the amount of your contribution at anytime by notifying us 5 days prior to any regularly scheduled contributions.

The Direct Contribution Plan is worry free, flexible, convenient, and easy.  To participate in this service, complete the authorization form (part A), select the fund and dollar amount of your contribution (part B), and return to us.

A.  I authorize Hutchinson First Church of the Nazarene to initiate debit entries, and in case of error credit entries, to my checking/savings (circle one) account.  This authority will remain in effect until I notify you in writing to cancel in such time as to afford the church a reasonable opportunity to act on it.  I can stop payment of any entry by notifying my financial institutions 3 days before my account is charged.
